Hi there,

Im from Clear Lake wi and looking to start building my UDS tomorrow!  Got myself a nice drum and going to burn it out tomorrow. Haven't had a smoker myself, so this shall be a first.  Own a restaurant, and have worked for a few places that have done the fair share of smoking so I think that I have some idea of what I'm doing.  Have been doing a lot of reading up......pics to come soon!!

to SMF!  We are so glad you joined us!  Good luck with the build!

If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those "pesky little rules" before plunging into the forums. This just tells you what is allowed and what could be a "no-no".
