Got a Scottsdale cooker about two weeks ago, put several cooks on it. Today had family over, about 13 of us. Seasoned, up and grilled, Filet Mignons, and corn with Oak wood. Had fresh sour dough, and salad with it.

Really loving this New Santa Maria style cooker.

Whoa!! back up and take a few pics! Love Santa Maria style cookers.
Here are a wider or almost full view of that cook. Sorry didnt get better pics of the whole view on this cook. I agree though, love Santa Maria style cookers.
