Hey guys,

I am from Birmingham, and I am utterly addicted to smoke. I have a Smoky Mountain upright propane that I have been using for about 2 years. I haven't ventured outside of ribs or chicken to this point....which led me to this awesome site. I look forward to raising my smoke game to another level with the help of all you here.

We tailgate BIG at all Alabama Crimson Tide home games, and my crew has come to depend on me for the main dish....smoked MEAT. This fall, I plan to provide an array of choices after learning from y'all.

Looking forward to spending entirely too much time on this forum...and Roll Tide!
