Hello to all you yard chefs.  My name is Brad and I live in Tomball Texas - just north of Houston.

Just purchased my first pit (Lyfe Tyme out of Uvalde, TX) and a good friend of mine hooked me up with your site.  Looks like it will have a ton of valuable information for someone new to the smoking process.  Can't wait to get home from work and season it.
