Anyone else order the new Inkbird INT-21-B and not receive it yet? I ordered one a day or so after Inkbird advertised the new release here. PayPal confirmed my order, but nothing yet from Inkbird.

I will send an email momentarily.Greetings!
Dear friend, can you send me a private message to my work email →[email protected] and send me a screenshot of your order for me to check? I will reply you when there is a result.
Or you can send us a private message of the order directly in the SMF forum.

UPDATE: After several back and forth emails with Charlie from InkBird, over the span of about 2 weeks, I was told that due to an inventory shortage I would not be receiving my order (INT-21-B) and that I should see reimbursement for my payment (bought using PayPal). PayPal looked into it and refunded my payment within 2 days. The following day the USPS driver left a small package in my mail box by the street. It was the InkBird that I ordered. So now I have a predicament. Do I return it? Do I offer to pay for it and keep it? Do I do nothing and mark it up to the confusion I experienced trying to order the darn thing and the hassle of going back to PayPal for a reimbursement?Anyone else order the new Inkbird INT-21-B and not receive it yet? Legally, I believe you can keep it, but the right thing to do would be to contact inkbird and let them decide. Chance are they won't want to deal with the returning process and restocking.UPDATE: After several back and forth emails with Charlie from InkBird, over the span of about 2 weeks, I was told that due to an inventory shortage I would not be receiving my order (INT-21-B) and that I should see reimbursement for my payment (bought using PayPal). That's what I will do. Also, I am a little suspect of their app and the ability to connect the thermometer to the app. Before I could fully install the app I was required to enter credit/debit card info. It said that there were things in the app available for purchase. This doesn't seem normal to me. Why would I have to enter payment info BEFORE I even decide to buy something?Legally, I believe you can keep it, but the right thing to do would be to contact inkbird and let them decide. I was required to enter credit/debit card info.
Seemed weird to me too. I reached out to them here so I will see what they have to say.I don't remember having to do that with any of my set ups with them.

I did download it from the App Store. I dissent see an option to skip. Believe me, I searched for that before I entered my info. Nothing to be found. Needless to say I have been keeping a close eye open my bank accounts.Greetings!
Please try downloading the app from the App Store, or by scanning the QR code on the instruction manual. Does it have a button to skip this option?
