Hello.
I live in Oceanside, CA. I just bought my first smoker, an 18.5" WSM. I did quite a bit of research and read the forums before deciding. Looking forward to talking more to you all and mastering the craft.

Welcome to the group Eric!  Congrats on that new WSM...those are nice rigs!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
