New in Idaho

Great site, looking to learn from all the masters! I am just a old hunter and fishman that lives in a small town in S.W.Idaho About the only think that I have ever smoked is fish. I have given lots of it away and most people enjoy it so I guess I will try and learn how to make some really good stuff to share with other

Hello sir, and welcome from NW MT.

I suppose you are cold smoking the fish? I sure would like to hear about your method, I love smoked fish, but the last ones that I did in the cold smoker were just too dang dried out.
