Hi all! I just got an early Christmas present from the wife of an MES 30 from Lowes. I previously did my smoking using a gas grill with mixed results. I found your website and I am amazed at the wealth of information it contains. Looking forward to getting back up to our home in NC so I can get the MES set up and start smokin'. Cheers
