Found this website while looking for ideas on building a brick smoker. I've seen the forum and enjoy looking through everyone's pics. I'm from the Dallas area and have been smoking for a few years on my WSM. I can make a pretty good brisket, but want to take the time to expand my repertoire. I'm looking at building a brick smoker on our covered patio soon. Seems a lot cheaper than some of the welded jobs you can buy.
