Been lurking around here for a while, now i decided to make it official.Located in N. Alabama, but soon to be middle GA.I bought my Kamado Joe about a year ago and have been mostly confined to grilling (which it is amazing at), but lately i have been wanting to start smoking.Will keep you all updated on my progress with MANY pics i hope.Chad
