new guy from Texas....in VA.

New guy to the forum here. originally from Texas. i use to use a smoker all the time. was actually my main source of cooking. I got away from it for about 10 years but i am back. I have a BrinkmanGourmet smoker. which is the same thing i used 10 years ago. I cant wait to get back in the groove and start smoking some meat. i have a brisket in the fridge marinating right now and plan on spending my day off tomorrow making a great meal for my family.
