New guy from South Carolina

I have been looking around this forum for a little while. I figured I would introduce myself since I started a build thread today. I'm a high school teacher in South Carolina. I got into BBQ a few years ago playing around with a small MES. A friend and I went through getting certified to judge BBQ competitions but I haven't actually competed yet. I do enjoy judging others' efforts though! I now have a 40" stainless MES which I really like but I am in the process of building a 60 gallon center firebox double reverse flow smoker to see how I like that. Love the forum!
