Hi ya'all, I'm Steve, and I love meat. BOY AM I GLAD TO GET THAT OFF MY CHEST. LOL. I'm new at smoking meat ,I've used my dads bullet smoker a few times. Now I'm in the middle of building the Big Baby Double Barrel. Can't wait till its done. I,m a die hard jerky maker. I have an old Osborn meat slicer, Equi flow dehydrator 20 large trays.I can dry about 30 lbs. at a time. Northern Tool 5 lbs. sausage stuffer.A weber gas grill .Thats about it. Like I said I'm new to smoking meat(I'll need help I'm sure). But, when it comes to making jerky I'm the man to talk to. I've made tons over the years,and if I don't know I will hunt down your answer to your questions. My hats off to the men and women that have learnd the art of smoking meat. I just hope I can catch up to ya'all.
