New guy from Missouri

Hey mine name is Jessee. I live in Seymour Missouri and I've been on this forum as well as smoking for several yrs. I've just recently got into curing and coldish smoking. It's to hot here to totally cold smoke at least until winter hits. I have a mes30 and two drum smokers I have built and also an amnps. I tried to post pics of my smokers but can't figure out how to do it looking forward to sharing some good smokes with everyone
