I fired up my new GOSM this morning and put on a small pork tenderloin and a nice selection of beef country style ribs...first time I have tried smoking beef ribs like these...I just gave them a shot of apple juice and some Capt. Morgan spiced rum...
My Brinkmann vertical was great after converting to propane...But this baby just has more room. And to think I got the big block off ebay for 70 bucks....total with shipping was a mere 140.00 and some change...what a deal...Sorry home depot and lowes...I tried you guys first and both did not have them in stock...
I am going to add a pan of Dutch's wicked baked beans after while to go with the smokin...and am going to try my first hand at the Mahogany sauce...
Hope everyone has a good turn out on your Easter Smoke...
Thanks again for all the tips, tricks, etc...
