Hello,
Just getting started smoking. I received my smoky mountain propane vertical smoker for fathers day. So far I've done a set of baby backs, which turned out great. Yesterday I had to do a couple of fatties, mmm mmmm good. Picture is in the sausage section of the forum. Thanks to all who participate here, I'm learning alot. I think I'm hooked.
