thanks for the welcome all. just started smoking about 3 months ago and have learned alot just checking out the site.took the ecourse and found some great info. so far have done a few turkeys, some fatties, and a pork loin. thinking about getting a better smoker just have ECB. thanks to all again and il try to get pics soon.
