Hi all. I found this site browsing for new recipes. Looks pretty good so far! I've cooked at several restaurants and a couple of country clubs in the past and still love to cook. I have a smokehouse smoker and like to smoke my homemade sausage and venison (sausage). always looking for new ideas.I recently added a smoke daddy cold smoker to my unit so I can smoke 2 or 3 batches without pulling the chip pan and starting the smoke over.

I also do the turkeys whenever the occasion arises. I have the usual propane unit, but also have the butterball electric. It works great for the birds 13 to 14 lbs and smaller.

Hope to learn something and maybe help out  little too!

Still kicking at 54
