Thanks for the greetings, I am one of those guys that for a very long time have just sat on the side lines and when ever needed search your site and find the answer I was looking for. I finally decided after all that you guys and gals have helped me with that I should try and return something back to this site. I started a few years ago with a round ECB then try ed modding a oven and lastly settled in using the rectangle ECB. Recently I took on a build to take a snack vending machine and turn it into a dream smoker. Let me start by telling you heavy does not even come close to describing the truth about one of these machines. Even after gutting it and of corse before I bricked it. The metal used in these is an easy 1/16 thick or better. The glass front is tempered and the room you have to work with is unreal. If someone is looking to build a new smoker please give it some thought and consider it. Now that it is done except working out the small bugs LOOK OUT turkey.
