I just started smoking this year. I bought first a brinkman electric smoker used it about 10 times not too bad. Went to tahoe for my wedding in august and went to a big rib cook off in reno. Came back and bought a new weber smoker. Still have alot to learn but have smoked about 10 :) pork shoulders and 30 racks of baby backs and a turkey last weekend. Im starting to get there all my friends ask me to bring pulled pork for my dish when we go to parties.
