Hi all. My name is Mike. I'm from and live in Madison, Wi. I have been grillng and smoking for about 10 years. My specialty is baby back ribs. I currently smoke on a Kingsford barrel smoker. I have just ordered The good one Marshall . I love cooking. I will be doing more catering jobs and competitions this year.
