Nepas Sweet-N-Sour Jerky

From the 2008 recipe binder.

2 lbs venison or beef sliced

Mix the wet in a separate bowl
1/2 c canned pinaple juice
1/2 c wine vinegar
1/4 c soy sauce

scant 1/2 tsp cure1
1/2 c brown sugar or honey
3 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Combine all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to dry and stir. Let sit 15 mins for flavors to mingle
add meat and marinade overnite in covered bowl or gallon zip lock.

Smoke your normal jerky making way or use dehydrator
