Hola-

Found this site while researching the new smoker I am planning. Got really into smoking game about 12 yrs ago, when I came outside to see my gas grill totally in flames and the hose to propane tank melting down.

Headed out and got a New Braunfels Smoker and have been hooked ever since. I have tried about every type of meat, poultry and fish. Favorite are wings and ribs.

Looking to build a new smoker. Sent specs to a friend in steel business today to get cost. Looking at a 36"x48"x16" box with an offset 20"x16"x16" firebox.

Almost ruined the laptop drooling while perusing the website. Better get a splatter guard!!

Welcome to the site, great to have you getting back into smoking.

On that note I'm heading outside to check on the propane smoker
