Hey everybody! I am a wife of 11 yrs very much in love with my husband. We have 2 beautiful little girls. Our girls and home are our sanctuary. We smoke every weekend on our UDS (ugly drum smoker). I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a we have found it a challenging time trying to re-recipe all our favorites. We have both looked at the forum with them wonderful advice on smoking with diabetes and I agree with everything I have seen. I,we have both been doing research on how to cook our meals. I am so blessed to have a family that is willing to make the change with me. Was hoping for a little extra help in our quest. Thanks in advance!
