Does anyone have any ideas on how to make racks for jerky and cooking? Having a hard time finding oven racks to go in this thing

The smoker looks great. You might try Googling the racks using the size you need in the search

Just an update for my smoker, had eight SS racks welded up for me. Also changing out my 2 hotplates for a Coleman propane camp stove as a heat source.

Any thoughts?

Thanks! I've also welded up a venturi smoke pistol so I don't have to constantly open the door and tend chips

Will have pics of that working later but here it is so far
