It's 5:00 a.m. and the shoulder has been in the fridge with Jeff's rub all night.


Half way through.


12 hrs later it's at 175 degrees. I ran out of time or I would have shot for 190. Cooked at 225.


Let's eat!

Great looking piece of meat and a great looking smoker. Looks like you could fit a ton of meat in that thing for a big party! Grats!
