My first smoke... spare ribs

I am three hours into my first smoke on my new GOSM. I really don't have a clue about what I'm doing, but I'm having fun!

This looks and smells so good, I don't if I can keep the family off long enough to finish!

I'm trying to post a pic... I need to read a little more on how to do that.
