This was my first run at pulled pork...I did a 9 # picnic...rubbed down with Meowey's rub (thanks Meowey) and slathered with good ol yellow mustard overnight ,then again in the morning.
I set the MES @ 240 and in she went....used apple for the smoke, apple juice and water in the water pan...repeated mops of apple juice.
It took about 13 1/2 hrs due to my need for babybacks and pig candy ....yum

opening the door tending to those ,took it out of the smoker @ 200 foiled with apple juice ,wrapped in a towel, into the cooler for 1 1/2 hrs...then pulled it ,can't wait to try it tomorrow with SloFlaquer's carolina mustard sauce and his pork finishing sauce as well as the stillhouse sauce ,all of which I made last night in anticipation of pulled pork sammies for Monday's supper ,yummy
