My First Fattys On!

    Got my first fatty on the grill/smoker! Sure looks good and smells good. Haven a devil of a time keepin the temperature down though! Man, I gotta get the new smoker done soon! Work on that some more tommorow. Picks to follow!

    You GO! And a high temp an't gonna damage a fatty much. Pull it at 170 or so and keep it mopped
