My wife doesn't request things very often but she ask for some ribs today.  She had bought some on sale yesterday.  Who am I to disapoint the lady I've been married to for 29 years. 

I hadn't done ribs in a good while.  Its one of the "practice makes perfect" things.

Made  up a batch of Jeffs rub.  A  member suggested adding a few extra spices to it to make a good rub awesome.  ( Thanks Bill)

Finished product  Outstanding flavor as always.  Smoked baked tator are the best!

That's a neat smoker setup. Is that a pizza oven too?

I wish it was.  Its just an outdoor fireplace and smoker.  I would like to build a pizza oven on the end.  I have all the  specs,  I just lack the funds.  :-)
