Was at Costco yesterday and seen "Rack of pork". Had never seen them before so figured why not. Lets give this a shot. So cam on here looking for some info. Found bunches of posts. So went for it today. Rubbed it last night and then in the fridge overnight. Thre it on about 5ish tonight. Will have more pictures soon.

When IT hit 135 removed it from smoker and threw it on my grill for a reverse sear (1st time ive done this also)
IT of 140 so flipped it over

IT of 145 so pulled it and gonna let rest for a bit.
