Good with poultry for a bit so I'm going to do some babybacks Sunday while watching the Pats lose and I'm kinda burnt out on standard bbq sauce.
Thinking maybe something mustard based.Have a few different mustards in the pantry,a variety of hot sauces, the never-ending jar of scorpion pepper dust.I'm thinking maybe starting with honey mustard and going from there,I just don't want to over power the ribs as I'm going to go with Kinder's Thai BBQ rub on the ribs.Thinking of whatever I come up with and use as a sauce after the fact instead of slathering the whole rack towards the end of the cook like I usually do.
What have you guys come up with when it comes to mustard based?
