muffin pan thighs, 10 times better than cupcakes

I saw this in the sto the other day and could not resist
i mean a thigh is a rectangle not a circle! these mini muffin pans are perfect size for a thigh
i made a little modification, two holes drilled out for drainage
chicken was marinading in yoshidas since wednesday
i leave the skin on cause i like the skin added some jerk seasoning and into mr happy for a while
look at that pretty picture breathing smoke, also got some extra hot jerk wings and a sausage for snacking

Well at least yours are rectangle shape.....That way Myron Mixon can't say you stole his patent on the way he cooks his thighs for comps!! Have to admit they come out in a uniform shape. Looks good!
