Insane? Maybe. Crazy? For sure. Started with a 4+ pound tri tip. Steak tonight hoping to turn into quesadillas tomorrow night. Probably be an epic fail but it'll be one hellova ride!

Looks good for me, wife would pass until the repurposed left overs have less moo.
Waiting to see the next round.
So would mine. The other side of the tip was more well done and up to her liking.

The end results look good. What did you rub it with?
Kinders Creamy Steakhouse. Figure I can put some Mexican spices on it tonight without much trouble.

Perfectamundo Tom, Pass me a plate please Tom.

Point for sure
Chris

Fahutties look good. What is your thoughts?
During the farming season our best meals are on the finest paper china when we're in the shop.

Could almost have that meal... finished up at the west farm tonight... have 1 tiny field left... a whopping 3 acres lol.

I assume you are taking off beans. Hope yours came off better than ours. (very low moisture)
We have a 3 acre piece that is our biggest PIA. Hard to plant, harvest, and a power pole in one end that I caught with the chisel plow a few years ago.

Nope, just finishing corn... 107 day corn is 12% moisture. Been a weird year for sure
