Tried our first fattie last weekend. I have to say that I'm not overly happy with the first results but I'll try again. Bacon weave with rub spice. Now the sausage. Pounded out a pork tenderloin and layered. Spinach and cheese... Fattie twist. In la smoker with little chickens. Done. Cut up. Served with asparagus and a Buzz Lightyear napkin. It turned out ok but reminded us more of pork meatloaf with bacon. I'll try another one soon.
