Here is my meat loaf recipe that everyone enjoys.

2 lbs groun beef
2 cans taco sauce
1 can jalapeno peppers chopped, or more to taste
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroon soup
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can tomato paste
1 pkg. round tortilla chips
Cheese, grated

Brown and drain meat. Add onion, garlic, soup, peppers and tomato paste. Layer in 9 x 13 pan with meat, chips and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or smoke until done. The amount of peppers that are in the recipe most people can handle. If you put the meatloaf in the fridge, the more days you let it set the more spicy hot it will get.
