especially being tree level. Had a couple deer run through the yard while I was smoking as well. It was a partly sunny day, and about 80 degrees, perfect smoking weather. [IMG]

a pic of the baked beans I did as well.

basic recipe: campbells pork and beans, 5 pieces diced cooked bacon and grease, pickle relish, raw onion, black pepper, brown sugar, open pit bbq sauce, smoked garlic cloves, smoked trimmings from the spares.

thanks I was trying to get out work, here is a pic of them after the time on the smoker, the other oic was about halfway through:

the added smoked trimmings from the spares really added some flavor, along witht the bacon.

    nice..

My deck is 20 feet up as my house is built into the side of a hill. One story looking house in front, 3 stories in back.
