Today's menu- pulled pork, chicken, ABTs, crash potatoes, strawberry rhubarb pie and chocolate chip cookies.

The kettle setup for the pork butt, using black cherry for smoke

7:30 and butt is on

Getting ready to core the jalapenos

Gratuitous pit pic

Chargriller setup is not what I usually do, I'm breaking out the charcoal baskets so I don't need to do as much fire tending

Kettle settled in about 310°, 7 pound butt should take 6 hours-

More later....

Chicken's on, using apple chunks for smoke....

Temp at 325°
