Memorial Day Smokin'

Rain caused an abreviation of the menu, had plans to smoke up a bunch of grub. Friends and neighbors coming over. Agreement that I smoke and provide "something cool to drink", they bring sides.
Got the EZUp out and fired off the SDS drum & GOSM gasser under it. Lit off the Char-Griller SFB under an umbrella.
Managed to smoke 10 slabs of baby backs, couple sticks of baloney, a bunch of ABT's and a batch of stuffed mushrooms.
Rain stopped about 1PM, folks arrived with sides, everyone ate WAY too much! It was good though!

Niiiice. Gotta try that baloney thing. Mike Mills described it in the P-L-and BBQ book. Sounds delicious!

Way to go, Mike! Awesome looking grub! Unfortunatley, no Holiday weekend smoke for me...But that's only 'cause me and the GF took off to Hilton Head for a quick 4 day break...and believe you me...I ate very well...all the fresh oysters, crab legs, and shrimp I could hold!!!
