Meatloaf,pastrami, and Chicken W/Qview

    Fixed my water leak from the main to the house and decided to cook. Making enough for the weekend and lunches next week.

    Meatloaf and the pastrami's - Jeff's rub and the pastrami's are coated with fresh ground black pepper.

    Chicken with Zesty Itialian dressing, Jeff's rub and creole seasoning

    Off they go! Almost time for a tasty cold bevereage. ABT's to snack on later!

    There your answer Mark. I leave thenm in for an hour or so to firm up.

    ABT's going in

    Yard Bird done. #2 daughter told me it tastes like HEAVEN.
    Time for a beer!!!!
  2. Pretty ambitious smoke. Smoked meatloaf is one of my family's favorites. Can't wait to see how it all turns out. Keep us posted. [​IMG]

    Everything looks good so far there Tim. One questiong for you do you leave the meatloaf in the pan the whole time during the smoke.????? I like to take mine out after alittle while and it gets more smokey flavor. But I'll check back in later.
