good morning fellow smokers..doing a beef fatty here today it has been a while and it's a monster, over 7# loaded with onion, garlic some green pepper and some extra rib rub i had laying around.. gonna smoke it with birch and apple splits and spritz with apple cider then in the last hour i will glaze it with some maple syrup and butter with a touch of black strap mollasses. will keep you posted and up to date on the progress of this behemoth

WOW i'm dying here the breeze is just right to bring in the smell of the smoker into the house, and i'm drooling like a dog..really looking good and smells better temp is at 145 so it's about time to put the whole taters on

Yummmmmmmmmm Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm man was it good..the wife decided at the last minute on country crock mashed potatos so guess where i heated them up at..i took the meatloaf to 170 degrees and the juice was running everywhere...4.5 hours for a 7+# meatloaf..anyways heres the finished product..oh yeah almost forgot dessert was a chocolate cream pie with grahm cracker crust....

For me ... an extra piece of meat is what I call dessert ... now that pie would be much better for breakfast with a large mug of black Columbian coffee ...... fresh ground of course!
 
ENOUGH!! Holy SMOKES that looks good! You guys are all killing me! Ok Ok Ok, NEVER had I thought to do a ML on the smoker (ok, Mother-in-Law sure, but that's a whole other issue). Now I have to rearrange my whole schedule this week to figure out time to make one cause after seeing THAT, I just can't wait until next weekend!!

Lesseee...fresh ground round..CHECK.....ground venison..CHECK....MMMMMMmmmmmmmm!
