what is the difference between a meatloaf and a fatty

are both pork ,or beef or make that no difference

Typically meat loaf starts with hamburger and added spices, raw egg and spices and bread crumbs.
.
A fatty is usually pork sausage stuffed with anything you want as a filler and rolled into a roll and smoked.
