That looks amazing, what type of rub did you use to get that nice bark

We were going through Shiner, Texas in December and stopped at an old time meat market/grocery. They were selling their meat rub and I bought a pound of it. I like Bolner's Brisket rub, but I gave this stuff a try. Nice flavor and it gave a good bark.
