Masterbuilt Customer Service Rocks

Last Friday I bought my new Masterbuilt 30" home. It had a broken plastic foot. The wife called customer service and they took the required information. They told the wife 10-14 days before we will receive it. Well UPS dropped off the parts today. Thats four days including the weekend.
