today is my brithdat too. i decided to cook a butt and 4 slabs of prok ribs. took them off about an hr ago. i use the 3-2-1 for ribs . they turned out great and they werent baby back either,just plain old spare ribs. the butt i used just salt/perrper and lemon pepper. i made my own finishing sauce which is vinegar base.this is a good day. happy b/day youll. from s,c,

I don't make a big deal about my birthday, but my wife gets off on having a party, so I indulged her with the Big Show "Q"

Best presents were the card from my grand-daughter and the Gerber All-in-One tool....it is truly a work of art.
