So, lurking for awhile and gaining some outstanding knowledge/information from the forum..

I'm signing in and letting you all know I'll be asking stupid questions every now and then.

I live in SE OH, pretty much in the middle of nowhere, but hey it's home.  A DIY'er that wishes he had more time around the house to get projects done.  I prefer to make it, but if I don't have time, I'll pay good money for GOOD products.

I love firing up the Kamado Joe every now and then, and burning other flesh on the propane grill.  I love washing it down with one of my homebrews, IPA being the choice libation.  Putting venison on the ground, processing it, and making sausage also fills my time.  The sausage making is new to my skill set, so still lots of questions.

Retired Air Force guy, just having fun when I can.  I'm looking forward to picking everyone's brains, every now and then, in the art of smoking, and everything else I have questions about.

So, that about sums it up.  See you on the forum.
