Hey all.  First, thank you all for the help over the years.  I have been lurking this forum for I don't know how long.  I appreciate the knowledge, and experience that has been shared.  Especially on the refer conversion builds.  One of these days, I will actually finish it.  I swear.  Hoping to do an electric conversion.

My wife bought me a Brinkman water smoker for Christmas 10 years ago, and that is what I have been using since.  Mostly I do brisket, and pork butts, but have done chicken a few times, as well as ribs.  Brisket seems to be the most requested, but the pork is cheaper and feeds more faces.

Looking forward to perhaps participating in some of the threads I have read, and share my own experiences!

Pork butt inside the ECB.

Did a pork butt, and a brisket in the ECB.  This is from my son's 10th birthday last March.

This was breakfast that morning.

Just thought I'd share a few pictures from my smoking and grilling adventures.
