Howdy,
I love smoked meat sausages, cheese, hard boiled eggs mast anything, so I thought I would get my own smoker.
I have grilled for many years and I'm above average at it, now it's time to learn about this science, "art form" of smoking
I'm living in the great state of Utah in the flaky city of Moab, hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
I just recieved a Dyna Glo propane smoker and plan on using the heck out of it, but I'll be needing some help so thanks in advance.
