Hello from sunny Florida! Been a long time reader, but finally got around to signing up. Just ordered the Smoke Hollow 44241G2 to replace an old 24" that finally died. Can't wait to get it up and running so I can finally do ribs withing cutting in half.

You'll be able to smoke lots of whole racks plus lots of other goodies at the same time. I really enjoy my "44"

Oh, I'm not picky about whole or half racks.
Do you know what they look like after they've been eaten?:confused:
I like to cut my racks on the grill and bring them in as an arranged delicacy for the gang. Or if it's a big deal, in a roaster pan. That way folks pull what they want.
