Hello everyone my name is Jose ( Hochay ) and im from Long Island New York. I'm a Looooooooong time reader and finally decided to PLUNGE into this AWESOME forum. I own a Char-Griller Pro with side fire box. I only have 4 months smoking experiance under my belt, with over 10 years of Hard core grilling experiance. I absolutly love this forum.
